To grow our level of service, we have decided to expand our team and are actively looking to bring a part-time Administrative Assistant on board.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is organized and detail oriented.
- Is able to work independently, or as part of a team.
- Has excellent computer and customer service skills
- Will prioritize, and work on/complete multiple tasks, without errors, at a
deadline. - Is trustworthy and reliable.
- Has 2 years of professional office experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Microsoft Office and proprietary software in supporting clients/advisors.
- Coordinate schedule for advisors. *Redtail CRM experience a plus.
- Appointment Preparation (printing reports and creating appointment schedules).
- Communicate with clients over the phone and in person.
- Assist clients with online access.
- Competently navigate Cloud related systems.
- Accurate data entry.
This position is Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 1:00PM in person, at our Mechanicsburg office location.
